OPTOMECHANICAL SYSTEMS AND COMPONENTS
Based on over ten years of experience in the design, fabrication, assembly and testing of a variety of optical and optomechanical systems for the Company's own line of high-performance microlithography and photoablaion tools, Anvik Corporation now offers its expertise to provide complete customized solutions in optical and optomechanical systems for diverse applications in microelectronics manufacturing, medical instrumentation, copying and printing, vision systems, etc. Covering a wide spectrum of wavelengths from DUV to IR, the Anvik RTS Division designs and builds high-resolution projection lenses, illumination systems, beam-processing optics, and associated mechanical subsystems. Our team of highly qualified and experienced professionals provides cost-effective solutions in optical design, mechanical design, system tolerance analysis, alignment and assembly procedures, and fully built custom systems. Examples of the numerous applications for which we provide complete custom solutions include:
- High-performance projection lens assemblies for UV and DUV optical microlithography, photoablation, and other imaging and patterning requirements
- Optimized illumination systems for a wide variety of applications, with laser or lamp sources, different types of condensers, and customized illumination characteristics
- Stand-alone and vehicle-mounted visual systems for the military
- Custom-designed camera and copier lenses, including zoom objectives
- High-speed zoom lenses for CCD and ICCD cameras
- F-theta lenses, e.g., for laser printers and scanners
- Imaging and relay optics for medical instruments, e.g., laparoscopes, bronchoscopes, and other endoscopes
- Low-vision aids such as high-power aspheric magnifiers
