RESEARCH AND TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS (RTS)
The RTS Division of Anvik Corporation offers quick-turn-around, cost-effective solutions to a variety of research and technical problems in diverse application areas, including microelectronic process technologies, optical and electronic materials, and optomechanical systems and components. The strength of Anvik's RTS Division derives from the Company's accomplished technical experience in a wide range of processes, materials and systems.
The activities of the RTS Division include:
- Design and develop optimized processes and manufacturing solutions for microlithographic patterning in a variety of flexible as well as rigid substrates.
- Investigate new applications and develop processes for patterning by excimer laser photoablation in various polymers, metals, and other materials.
- Design and develop optomechanical systems and components -- such as projection lenses, illumination systems and beam processing optics -- for diverse applications in microelectronics, optoelectronics, displays, and photovoltaics.
- Provide manufacturing technology solutions by investigating pilot production using selected processes.
