RESEARCH AND TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS (RTS)
The RTS Division of Anvik Corporation offers quick-turn-around, cost-effective solutions to a variety of research and technical problems in diverse application areas, including microelectronic process technologies, optical and electronic materials, and optomechanical systems and components. The strength of Anvik's RTS Division derives from the Company's highly accomplished technical team; the combined experience of its professionals in an extremely wide range of processes, materials and systems; and the Company's extensive resources in processing equipment and facilities. The Division carries out well-planned research projects to investigate demanding customer-defined problems; conducts process studies in lithography, laser photoablation and other materials-radiation interaction phenomena; and provides all associated metrology capabilities, including scanning electron microscopy and interferometry. The components unit of RTS supplies specialized optomechanical components and also designs and builds complete optomechanical subsystems to custom specifications, including projection lenses, illumination systems and beam processing optics.
